Travel Fees
When Santa travels to your event, the time he spends traveling in both directions are slots he cannot fill for other clients. These fees do not cover lost revenue, but they can help compensate. The cost of fuel has also been a growing concern. For this reason, we need to charge travel fees to come to your events that are a distance from our home. Travel Fees are applicable for travel that is over 25 miles from China Spring, Texas. The following fees apply:
$50 for 25 to 40 miles traveled (one way)
$75 for 41 to 55 miles traveled (one way)
$100 for 56 to 70 miles traveled (one way)
$125 for 71 to 85 miles traveled (one way)
$300 for 86 yo 100 miles traveled (one way)
$450 for 100 to 120 miles traveled (one way)
Santa is NOT available to travel farther than 120 miles to go to your event. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for understanding.
